- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
- Process payments, issue room keys, and maintain accurate guest records
- Assist in resolving guest concerns to ensure a positive experience
- Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Previous front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Basic computer skills and experience with hotel management systems a plus
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
