The Best Western Premier Bridgewood Resort Hotel in Neenah, WI is seeking a Overnight Laundry Attendant to join our team, where you'll be essential in creating a spotless, inviting stay for our guests.
Hours: 11PM – 7AM
*This position uses a large onsite laundry equipment ironing press machine (*Must be 18 years of age or older to operate this machine).

Position Overview:
As Overnight Laundry Attendant, you willplay a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of linens and garments within the Bridgewood Resort Hotel. This position ensures that all laundry is processed efficiently and meets the high standards expected in the hospitality industry. The attendant will work during the overnight shift, allowing for uninterrupted laundry operations while the hotel is less busy. Attention to detail is essential, as the quality of laundry directly impacts guest satisfaction and overall hotel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize linens, towels, and other textiles.
- Operate and maintain laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and ironing press, ensuring safety and efficiency
- *This position uses a large onsite laundry equipment ironing press machine (*Must be 18 years of age or older to operate this machine)
- Inspect and treat linens for stains, tears, and wear, reporting damaged items as necessary.
- Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies and report any shortages to management
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the laundry area, adhering to safety and sanitation protocols.
- May be asked to clean public areas, bathrooms, hallways, lobby, etc. and restock pool towels.
- Assist with any guest needs that may arise during this time.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior housekeeping or similar experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, and to stand, bend, reach, and twist throughout shift

Physical Demands

- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
- Prolonged standing, bending, reaching, and twisting to complete cleaning and laundry tasks.
- Ability to use cleaning products, laundry chemicals, and equipment in a safe manner.
