Description:
Provides exceptional food service in an efficient, courteous, personable, and professional manner to ensure a positive guest dining experience. Accurately, processes guest orders to ensure that all items are prepared properly and on a timely basis. Meets all property and industry related health and safety guidelines to support the well-being of guests, team members, and the local community.
- Welcomes and greets guests with a warm friendly smile.
- Processes guests’ orders and ensures all items are prepared properly and in a timely manner.
- Communicates with host/hostess, bus persons, and kitchen staff to ensure guest satisfaction with the food and service.
- Observes diners to ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service and respond to any additional requests.
- Clears and resets buffet at the end of each course or upon completion of the meal.
- Prepares guest checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales tax.
- Maintains superior standards of quality, service, and cleanliness in the restaurant and service area. Consistently maintains a neat, organized and clean workspace and uniform.
- Demonstrates a commitment to provide the best possible experience for guests, ensuring personalized service.
- Follows established guidelines and training manuals.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Basic knowledge of digital applications.
- Basic knowledge of general cleaning principles, use of cleaning products, and operation of standard cleaning equipment.
- Ability to push and/or pull equipment weighting up to 100 lbs., ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs.
- Ability to communicate respectfully, and effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. This position will primarily be a night position. a typical schedule is 4pm-10 or 11pm, including weekends.
