Immediate opening, we are looking for a PM Front Desk Agent to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a trainable position. We are hiring for the PM shift which is 3 pm to 11 pm.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information about the hotel, its services, and local attractions.
- Answering phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Handle cash, credit card, and room charge transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of all public areas.
- Additional side work is also required, testing the pool and spa, stocking the breakfast room for the following day, washing, drying and filing linen if needed.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
