We are looking for a Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort throughout their stay. This position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to work independently. The successful candidate will be responsible for checking in and out guests, answering inquiries, and providing information about the hotel amenities.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information about the hotel and its services.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Answer guest inquiries in a timely manner.
- Process reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Ensure that all guests receive a warm welcome and farewell.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
