Duties
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Cook and present a variety of breakfast items, adhering to dietary guidelines and guest preferences.
- Maintain food safety standards by monitoring food temperatures and cleanliness of the kitchen area.
- Assist guests with their breakfast selections, providing recommendations and accommodating dietary restrictions.
- Communicate effectively with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage inventory and replenish supplies as needed.
- Handle guest relations with professionalism, creating a welcoming environment for all patrons.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Dietary Aide, Cook, or in a Culinary role is preferred.
- Background in Hotel or Restaurant settings is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts as required.
