Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth experience for all guests.
- Handle reservations and provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using hotel management software.
- Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls and relay messages as needed.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest experiences and resolve issues.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry or hotel environment.
- Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $13.75 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
