What are the responsibilities and job description for the Airport Shuttle Driver position at Best Western?
Duties:
- Safely operate a shuttle van or limousine to transport passengers to and from designated locations
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with luggage and answering any questions they may have
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle
- Maintain a clean and presentable vehicle at all times
- Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs
- Communicate effectively with passengers in English
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience as a delivery driver, van driver, or shuttle driver is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish
- Ability to work independently and follow directions accurately
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong attention to detail
