Responsibilities
- Prepare and present breakfast items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dining area, and food service stations.
- Set up the breakfast buffet or dining area prior to service, ensuring all items are stocked and presented attractively.
- Buss tables promptly after guests finish their meals to maintain a tidy environment.
- Assist guests with any inquiries regarding the breakfast menu or dietary options available.
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed during food preparation and service.
- Handle phone inquiries related to breakfast services with professionalism and courtesy.
Skills
- Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation and meal presentation.
- Knowledge of kitchen cleanliness standards and food safety practices.
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks.
