Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
10pm to 6am shift
Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Assist guests with inquiries about the local area, including recommending nearby grocery stores and attractions
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional services or amenities
- Conduct basic math calculations for transactions
- Provide bilingual assistance when needed
- Perform product demos for guests when required
- Supervise front desk operations to ensure smooth functioning
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote and sell hotel services
Skills
- Excellent phone etiquette skills
- Knowledge of grocery store locations in the area
- Ability to upsell products or services
- Proficiency in basic math calculations
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Experience in conducting product demonstrations
- Strong supervisory skills
