We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for staff members.
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist with customer support by addressing client questions and concerns promptly.
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy before distribution.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area.
- Utilize Google Suite and other office management software effectively to streamline operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in office management or as a front desk receptionist is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing an excellent client experience.
- Proficient in computer literacy with experience in Google Suite applications.
- Familiarity with dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in all communications.
