Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in reservations.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, including billing information.
- Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring financial accuracy at the end of each day.
- Address any guest complaints or issues with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide support for front desk operations, including answering phone calls with proper phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
Experience
- Previous experience in guest relations or front desk operations within a hotel setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs effectively.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Excellent communication skills, are essential for effective interaction with guests and team members.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are key attributes for success in this role.
We are looking to fill a couple of different vacancies between our 2 Vineyard Drive locations. We are looking to find candidates that are available to work mornings, evenings and overnight shifts. Once a candidate is selected, we will work on which schedule works best for yourself, as well as the hotel. When filling out application, please indicate if there are any shifts or days of the week you are not available to work. Shifts at the hotel are as follows:
6am-2pm
2pm-10pm
10pm-6am
Up front knowledge of your availability is important for us to know so we can bring in candidates that will fit our schedule, while also not wasting your time in this process.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.75 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
