Responsibilities:
- Must have Hotel front desk experience Must work Overnight Weekends and Holidays
- Perform night audit duties including reconciling and balancing daily transactions
- Verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management and other departments
- Handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures as needed
- Operate phone systems and respond to guest calls in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area lobby etc
Requirements:
- Hotel Front Desk experience in a must
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Flexible schedule, including the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Note: This position may require standing for extended periods of time and occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds.
