Job Summary:
The Hotel Sales Associate is responsible for generating business for the hotel by identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with potential clients, groups, and corporate accounts. This role includes both proactive sales efforts and responding to incoming inquiries to increase hotel occupancy and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively solicit new business through outbound calls, site tours, and networking events
- Respond to sales inquiries and convert leads into bookings
- Maintain existing client relationships and ensure repeat business through excellent service
- Prepare and deliver proposals, contracts, and follow-up correspondence
- Assist in coordinating group events and bookings with the operations and front desk teams
- Track sales activities and update CRM or sales tracking software
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions and campaigns
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and share market feedback
- Attend local networking, business, and trade events as a hotel representative
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

Pay: $22.89 - $24.09 per hour
