What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeping position at Best Western?
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain assigned areas, including rooms, hallways, and common areas
- Dust furniture, sweep and mop floors, vacuum carpets, and empty trash bins
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers
- Replenish supplies such as towels, toilet paper, and soap
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Experience:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
