**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team to maintain the grounds outside and minor help inside. This is a part time position.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and repairing equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on machinery and building systems.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects efficiently.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments.
**Qualifications:**
-Knowledge of testing, cleaning, and treating pools.
- Proficiency in working with logic controllers and other mechanical systems.
- Experience in facilities maintenance, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Lawn maintenace
- Strong mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions.
- Basic electrical skills for troubleshooting and repairs.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to guide maintenance projects effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills when interacting with staff and external vendors.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Proven track record of maintaining a safe work environment for all employees.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 32 per week
