- Perform night audit functions including checking guests in and out, reconciling accounts, and balancing the cash drawer
- Provide exceptional guest service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and interactions
- Ensure the safety and security of the property by monitoring surveillance cameras and conducting regular patrols
- Assist with front desk duties such as answering phones, making reservations, and assisting guests with check-in/check-out procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of night audit procedures and familiarity with hotel property management systems
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
