Job Summary
10pm to 6am shift. We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role involves managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. A strong background in hospitality is preferred, along with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently.
- Handle reservations and modifications through the hotel management system.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
- Assist with night audit duties as required.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of guest relations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A background in hospitality management is advantageous but not required.
