Responsibilities
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs of guests.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and billing information.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with precision.
- Ensure the security of the hotel premises during overnight hours.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any issues that arise during the night.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to communicate with guests and staff.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management.
- Strong background in guest relations with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel management software is an advantage.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus but not required, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling inquiries professionally.
