What are the responsibilities and job description for the PT Front Desk Agent 3rd Shift position at Best Western?
We are seeking a 3rd shift Front Desk Agent to join our team. .Are you a night owl? Are you friendly, reliable and responsible, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? If so, we would love to have you on board! This is a part time, overnight 8 hour shift that is 3-4 nights a week, which will include 1 weekend night.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel and local area
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Manage reservations and update guest information in the system
- Operate the phone system and direct calls to the appropriate department
- Perform night audit and other duties as needed
