Bestcare Inc. is an established Home Health Care Agency and DOH Approved CDPAP Sub-Contractor/Facilitator to the appointed single statewide CDPAP FI, Public Partnerships LLC (PPL). We are seeking multiple Experienced Bilingual CDPAP Administrative Support Assistants who will be responsible for assisting CDPAP Consumers and their Personal Assistants with program enrollment and their ongoing support needs over the phone and online.
Responsibilities:
- Educate and assist CDPAP Consumers and their Personal Assistants with the enrollment process.
- Troubleshoot and follow up on enrollment/application processing issues
- Provide education on CDPAP eligibility for prospective Consumers and Personal Assistants.
- Provide ongoing administrative support to CDPAP Consumers and their Personal Assistants
Qualifications:
- Previous experience providing administrative support to CDPAP Consumers and their Personal Assistants
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Bilingual English/ Spanish, English/Russian, English/Cantonese/Mandarin preferred
- Proficient in the use of computerized systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
