Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Greet and engage with customers professionally and courteously.
· Complete system installations, demonstrate the functionality of water and ice machines, and address customer questions and concerns.
· Perform maintenance and repairs on RO systems and ice machines.
· Install water tubing through walls and ceilings as part of the cooler installation process.
· Efficiently complete assigned service routes.
· Communicate effectively with other team members.
· Accurately complete all required paperwork and documentation in a timely manner.
· Adhere to all safety protocols and use company equipment properly.
Requirements:
· High school diploma, GED, or equivalent trade school education.
· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
· Must be willing to undergo a comprehensive background check.
· Minimum 1-year experience as a service or maintenance technician.
· Prior experience in installing and servicing commercial RO and ice systems is a plus.
· Plumbing experience is preferred.
· Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
· Basic computer proficiency.
· Ability to operate iPad and update information in CRM.
· Strong customer service skills.
· Ability to work independently yet know when ask questions to accomplish the job.
· Detail oriented.
· Must be able to commute to the distribution center daily.
· Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 100 lbs.
· Ability to climb and descend ladders.
· Ability to work in confined or small spaces.
· Proficiency in using hands and operating power tools.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
