Bestica is looking for a Director of Finance for one of our prestige clients located in San Antonio, TX.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity.
Objective : The position is responsible for maximizing the return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems. This position ensures legal and regulatory compliance for all accounting, financial, and human resources reporting functions. The Director of Finance leads, manages, and is accountable for all functions, processes, and personnel in accounting, human resources, IT, and safety.
Schedule : This is a full-time position, minimum 40 hours per week. The work schedule may vary and may require long hours and weekends.
Travel : This position may require overnight travel outside of the local area in order to effectively accomplish job responsibilities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or related field; CPA / Master’s Degree Preferred
- 10 years relevant work and leadership experience in a multi-location environment.
