Position: Anesthesiologist in North Dakota

Base Salary: $780,000 to $800,000 Best-in-class benefits
Job Duty Summary:
*The Anesthesiologist provides full-scope anesthesia care for a variety of procedures, including ortho, OB/GYN, and eye cases.
*Duties include preoperative assessments, administering anesthesia, and post-operative care in an independent, collaborative environment.
Schedule:
*Full-time, 40 hours/week.
*Call rotation: 1:5.
*Schedule: 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
Qualifications (Minimum and Preferred):
Years of Experience:
* 1 years of anesthesia experience required.
Education:
* MD/DO Degree from an accredited College of Medicine.
Licenses:
* Active Physician License (or eligibility).
Certifications:
* ACLS, PALS, and BLS required.
* DEA License.
Personality Factors:
*Compassionate and detail-oriented.
*Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
Systems Used: Meditech EHR.
Ideal Candidate Features:
*Proficiency in blocks, lumbar punctures, and intubation.
Pay Summary:
W2 Employed (Living in the Community):
* $375/hr.
* Annualized: approximately $780,000 based on 2,080 hours/year.
* Benefits: BX of Montana health insurance (employee), 401K with 3% contribution, $5,000 CME, paid professional liability insurance.
* $15,000 relocation.
* $50K bonus
1099 Independent Contractor (Living in the Community):
* $395/hr.
* Annualized: $800K range for full-time
