Primary Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement a comprehensive media strategy tailored to the Americas region, ensuring alignment with the organization’s global objectives.
Monitor market trends, consumer behaviours, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
Business Development
Drive revenue growth through innovative business models, partnerships, and alliances.
Expand the organization's footprint across traditional, digital, and emerging media platforms.
Acquire new business from various new/existing logos
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Build and nurture relationships with key industry stakeholders, including content creators, distributors, technology providers, and advertisers.
Represent the organization at industry events, panels, and forums to enhance its visibility and influence.
Operational Excellence
Oversee the development and execution of projects across content production, distribution, marketing, and monetization.
Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with regional regulations and standards.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse, cross-functional team to achieve high performance and innovation.
Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and inclusivity within the organization.
Financial Management
Manage regional budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Required Experience / Qualifications
Engineering degree with 15 years of experience in a similar role, with solid track record
Good exposure to Streaming, OTT, Broadcast & Content business and process
Analyzing business trends in the industry and building offerings and services
Should have Interest and experience in competitive analysis in our industry and offerings
Motivated, competitive individual with a strong aptitude for learning technology
Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to comprehend client Service line and to communicate value proposition to customers/prospects.
Good Knowledge of Sales and solution selling concepts, practices, policies and procedures
Must interact effectively with all levels of management and staff, internally and externally
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload
