Our client is seeking a highly skilled HVAC CAD Operator to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and modifying detailed HVAC system designs and layouts using computer-aided design (CAD) software. The ideal candidate will have experience working with HVAC systems, be proficient in CAD software, and have a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and Drafting :
Create detailed HVAC system drawings, including ductwork, piping, and equipment layouts.
Work closely with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements and modify designs as needed.
Perform detailed checks of CAD drawings for accuracy, completeness, and conformity to standards.
Assist in coordinating HVAC systems with other building systems (electrical, plumbing, structural).
Maintain up-to-date records of drawings and revisions.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
2 years of experience working as a CAD operator, specifically with HVAC systems.
Proficiency in CAD software for HVAC system design.
Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, project managers, and clients.
