BestLogic Staffing is seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products are delivered to our clients through thorough inspections and quality control measures.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect sub-assemblies and final systems assemblies throughout the manufacturing process.
- Create inspection work instructions for all products.
- Compile final document and data packages per specific customer requirements.
- Develop and implement new systems/methodology for quality reporting.
- Analyze manufacturing defect data to drive corrective actions.
- Interpret prints, manufacturing drawings, and wiring diagrams in approving or rejecting in-process or final assemblies.
Requirements:
- Prior experience with quality inspection in a manufacturing environment.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office Programs, including strong proficiency in Excel.
- 5 years of quality inspection experience in high-tech manufacturing.
- Previous experience using manufacturing systems such as Agile and Oracle.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative in establishing new processes/systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively across functions.
- Previous fiber manufacturing or quality knowledge.
- Previous technical writing experience.
- Ability to perform first article inspections on fabricated parts (a plus).
