We work closely with cross-functional teams both within Bestow and externally at Enterprise customers to understand the needs of the industry and how our platform needs to evolve.Culturally, we value highly collaborative team-players. We solve highly complex problems and workflows that require high levels of cooperation among in-house insurance experts, designers, and engineers to build modernized tooling for the insurance industry. We’re low-ego, and instead motivated by the advancements we can produce for the Bestow platform. WHAT YOU'LL DOWe're searching for an experienced Sr. Product Manager to drive expansion opportunities with enterprise carrier customers. The surface area is broad and complexity is high. Your success will translate directly to the company’s success, as you open up new revenue streams by launching new insurance product capabilities, new distribution channels, and more.   In this role, you will : Interface with our carrier customers and sales team to identify market expansion opportunities Champion and optimize Bestow’s land & expand GTM strategyCreate innovative solutions with platform PM, UX / design, engineering, and other internal counterparts to capitalize on opportunitiesBuild compelling business cases and advocate for resources internally Demo solutions externally to carrier customers and guide them to see the value in our standard platform functionalityLaunch, measure, gather user feedback, and iterate The role is remote or can be a hybrid role from our Dallas headquarters. #LI-REMOTEWHO YOU AREOur ideal candidate is a creative, data-driven product leader with a desire to work in a high-growth organization. 4 years in a product management roleExperience working on an Enterprise SaaS platform or in partnershipsExperience working in insurance or fintechExperience leading cross-functional customer-facing meetingsExcellent communication skills through verbal, written, and visual mediumsAbility to clearly communicate priorities and promote alignment across teamsAbility to lead cross-functionally through influence, rather than authorityAbility to make data-informed decision makingA track record of delivering high quality projects on timeAbility to convincingly communicate how platform features deliver business valueTOTAL REWARDSAt Bestow, we’re proud to be awarded for our team members, innovative products, and culture.
