Responsibilities
- We welcome you with open arms at 9am M-F in our state-of-the-art office.
- Setting and monitoring sales objectives.
- Providing sales strategies, feedback, and marketing plans.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and optimize product offerings.
- Training the team in best practices and techniques to improve sales performance.
- You are responsible for coaching and developing your team to achieve sales goals by generating new business and cross-selling existing customers, which you do over the phone. You wont be alone; we will coach you.
- You are responsible for coaching and developing your team to achieve an outstanding customer experience on every interaction by offering Insurance products and educating prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets.
- You must take the necessary license, products, and compliance training.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and compliance of your Teams sales.
- Training the team to solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Training the team to develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Training the team to document each customer contact
- Training the team to verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
- Training the team to answering customer queries.
- Mediating disputes with customers.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through networking and referrals.
- Collaborate with underwriters to ensure the best possible terms and conditions for clients policies.
