Who we are looking for
An Account Manager, who will provide our VIP players with exceptional service, while utilizing best practices in customer retention and recruitment.
You will join the VIP team and use your in-depth knowledge of Brazilian sports to excel in this role.
You will be responsible for retaining players, by delivering strategy that increases our VIP portfolio's numbers, value and longevity. Your initial focus will be on helping to develop and implement the VIP strategy, while also taking responsibility for customer service and regulatory compliance within a selected customer base.
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000 annually.

Preferred skills and experience
In-depth knowledge of the Brazilian sports landscape through experience in a similar role in the gambling industry.
Excellent English and Brazilian Portuguese communication skills, both written and verbal. Additional languages are advantageous.
Providing cultural insights into consumer behaviors and preferences.
Strong leader and collaborator with excellent negotiation skills.
Highly analytical and data driven mindset.
Experience hiring and developing teams.
Experience in building and managing relationships with sports and casino clients in the Brazilian gambling market.
Awareness of the industry and the risks involved.
Knowledge of cost visibility and budget monitoring.
Main Responsibilities
Helping to develop a VIP program that combines customer service, retention and promotional management for customers across the Brazilian market.
Ensuring Responsible Gaming controls are understood, implemented, audited and part of the department culture.
Helping the VIP team to cultivate lasting relationships with VIP customers across sports and gaming.
Managing and executing internal VIP promotional strategies.
Developing campaigns appropriate to the territory, to attract and retain valuable customers.
Revising and formulating the department’s policies and procedures, ensuring implementation.
Tracking and reporting the performance of the VIP program against agreed targets to senior management.
