Duties and Responsibilities of the Intern, End User Computer Support

This internship will be joining our IT Department and will focus on providing end user computer support and assisting with software license management in ServiceNow.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Intern, End User Computer Support
- Provide technical support to end users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
- Respond to user inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Assist with the management of software licenses in ServiceNow, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the IT ticketing system.
- Collaborate with IT team members to improve support processes and user satisfaction.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or other IT service management tools is preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge or experience with light coding using Python, including basic scripting and automation tasks.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Interest in data analytics, with a desire to learn and apply analytical techniques to solve business problems.
- Pay for this position with be $25/hour
- Interns will be located in our Brookfield, WI offices on a hybrid schedule. The intern must live within commutable distance to the office and provide own housing. A housing stipend or relocation assistance will not be offered.
- The duration of our program is 10 weeks, beginning on June 2, 2025
- Candidates must be enrolled in an undergraduate course of study and be rising junior (senior commencing Fall 2025) and be eligible to work in the US.
