We are seeking to add four experienced associate attorneys, with 3 to 6 years of experience post-Bar admission, to our General Liability Practice Group. We have job openings in various locations across California:
1. Irvine, CA

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
· Handle local and national accounts throughout the state of California.
· Independently manage a litigation caseload.
· Conduct depositions.
· Prepare witnesses for deposition and trial.
· Review and analyze discovery requests.
· Prepare and respond to discovery responses and pleadings.
· Prepare court filings and service to counsel; experience with e-filing.
· Trial preparation and support.
· Maintain accurate time records.
Candidate Requirements
· A minimum of two (2) years of experience in one or more of the following practice areas: product liability, transportation, aviation, and premises liability.
· Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
· Must be admitted to practice in the state of California.
· Experience with motion practice and depositions.
· Experience taking lead in plaintiff and expert depositions.
· Capable of independent work.
· Work in an organized and efficient manner.
· Superior research and writing skills.
· Ability to multi-task.
· Ability to analyze complex matters.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
