Salary Range: $109K – $123K per annum (includes $800/month for self-purchased health insurance; no other benefits)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager for a centralized data platform, proficient in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will be skilled in crafting and executing product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business vision and customer needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Vision & Strategy: Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy.
- Agile Release Train Leadership: Lead Agile Release Train (ART) features, strategy, and development.
- PI Planning & Execution: Participate in PI planning, coordinate product roadmaps, and manage business risks.
- Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize a dynamic product backlog, adjusting based on business needs.
- Epic & Feature Management: Develop lean business cases, define success criteria, and drive value-based priorities.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with architecture, design, and engineering teams to ensure seamless feature delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with ART leaders, solution leaders, and cross-functional teams to align priorities.
- Risk Management: Identify, escalate, and resolve risks while providing tradeoff recommendations.
- Release Planning & Execution: Define release criteria and collaborate with release management teams.
- Data Integration & Workflow Analysis: Understand data mapping, integration points, and end-to-end workflows.
- Technical to Business Translation: Translate technical changes into business value for various stakeholders.

Education & Qualifications:

- Experience with clinical healthcare/pharmacy data and clinical decision support systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple concurrent projects.
