Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4 EWM Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) with expertise in resource management, labor management, production integrations, and quality management. The role requires designing, configuring, and implementing EWM solutions while working closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the functional scope definition and design for EWM solutions.
- Utilize industry knowledge to assess customer needs and shape solutions.
- Build solution, customer, and industry knowledge by leveraging appropriate resources.
- Synthesize learnings into a logical story using quantitative/qualitative data and sound reasoning.
- Effectively communicate and resolve issues related to EWM solutions.
- Apply broad knowledge of EWM Upstream, Downstream, and other Supply Chain solutions.
- Execute tasks with minimal guidance while showing strong initiative.
- Establish credibility with customers as a trusted advisor.
- Work with project managers to determine resource/skill needs and onboard necessary talent.
- Maintain regular communication with team members to ensure alignment on project objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in SAP EWM application design, development, and configuration.
- Proven expertise in SAP EWM functionalities including Resource Management, Labor Management, Production Integration, and Quality Management.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA and its integration with Supply Chain processes.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in working in multicultural/international environments is a plus.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
