Marketing Creative Specialist
Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Creative Specialist who thrives on transforming creative ideas into compelling visual and digital content. This role is integral to our marketing team, driving innovative visual communication strategies while owning and growing our social media channels. The ideal candidate is experienced in leveraging Adobe Creative Suite and the WordPress ecosystem, with a strong focus on graphic design, web design, and video editing.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Development: Create and implement creative campaigns that generate leads, attract new customers, and nurture existing relationships—all while upholding our brand identity.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging messaging and visual content for print, websites, email, and social media, ensuring consistency and timeliness.
- Social Media Management: Lead our social media channels with strategies that drive engagement, expand our online community, and reinforce our brand identity.
- Design & Production: Use Adobe Creative Suite and the WordPress ecosystem to produce high-quality graphics, web, and video content.
- Collaboration: Work with teams to support new products and target markets, ensuring every campaign is innovative and impactful.
- Digital Marketing: Enhance efforts by leveraging marketing automation software with the website and CRM.
- Media Production: Produce press releases and digital media content that effectively communicates our brand story and achievements.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor content and social media performance, providing insightful reports and strategy recommendations.
- Internal Support: Assist other departments with multimedia needs by offering expert guidance and creative assets.
- Collateral Maintenance: Update marketing materials (brochures, catalogs, case studies, white papers) to ensure a professional, engaging tone.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience – preferably in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Proven experience in a creative or digital marketing role.
Interpersonal/Communication Skills:
- Strong initiative, with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well across teams.
- Positive, courteous, and confident attitude.
Required Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) for design and video editing.
- Experience with social media management platforms and analytics.
- Strong project management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Fast learner with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Windows-based operating systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced WordPress knowledge of web design and content management. HTML, CSS, or UX experience is a plus.
- eCommerce background with an understanding of online sales and digital customer engagement.
- Familiarity with automated marketing tools, CRM systems, SEO best practices, and web analytics.
- Intermediate experience with photography and videography.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
- Reports to the Marketing Manager.
- Corporate office setting with some travel required.
