Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to lead our team as a Unit Manager at Beth Abraham Center in Bronx, NY.
Duties:
- Supervise staff and ensure the smooth operation of assigned unit
- Mentor and guide less experienced nurses in their clinical and career development
- Establish and implement policies and procedures that meet high standards of care
- Monitor resident records and quality of care, identifying areas for improvement
- Represent the unit's interests with upper-level management
Requirements:
- Valid State RN License required
- Preferred: 3 years long-term care experience and 2 years charge nurse experience
- Strong computer skills and excellent communication skills essential
