Job Summary
We seek an experienced Radiologic Technologist II to join our diagnostic imaging team. This role will work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care and ensuring seamless imaging services.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate various imaging equipment, including X-ray machines and fluoroscopy units
- Prepare patients for exams, positioning them correctly and following radiation safety protocols
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to achieve accurate diagnoses
- Document patient information and exam results accurately and efficiently
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A graduate degree from a formal Radiography Program accredited by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- A current Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist License and ARRT registration
- AHA BLS/CPR Certification
- At least 2 years' experience working as a radiologic technologist
Work Environment
This position involves working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with rotating shifts, including day shifts and occasional overtime.
