About the Role:
The Clinical Nurse Leader will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient flow of surgical patients through the hospital.
This position is full-time, 40 hours per week, and requires a minimum of three years' experience in the recovery room, with one year of supervisory experience preferred.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
Key responsibilities include supervising, guiding, and mentoring PACU staff; coordinating daily activity; and resolving conflicts or problems that may develop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Operational Plans: Develop and implement operational plans to ensure efficient patient flow and care.
- Mentor and Develop Staff: Mentor and develop PACU staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with all levels of staff, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
This position requires a BSN degree, BLS, ACLS certification, and experience using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
