We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operating Room Nursing Director to lead our team at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital Milton. As a key member of our surgical services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient flow of surgical patients.
About the Role:
- This position involves supervising, guiding, and mentoring OR nursing personnel to carry out their responsibilities in managing surgical patients.
- The successful candidate will analyze staffing requirements, assign personnel, call in replacement personnel or authorize overtime as needed.
- They will reassign personnel as appropriate and assist in the evaluation and/or discipline process for assigned personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
