About Your Qualifications:
- You hold a BSN degree and are certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- You have extensive experience in the recovery room, with at least three years of direct patient care, preferably including one year of supervisory experience.
- Your proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software demonstrates your ability to adapt to changing demands.
- Strong leadership skills and effective communication abilities make you an ideal candidate for this position.
Daily Activities:
This position entails coordinating daily activities of nursing personnel, utilizing effective communication, emotional intelligence, and leadership skills with all interactions.
Close collaboration with the anesthesia floor leader, nursing supervisor, and OR nursing clinical leader ensures seamless OR efficiency and throughput.
Staffing requirements analysis, personnel assignment, and overtime authorization are essential responsibilities.
The successful candidate will participate in hiring and onboarding processes, lead daily board huddles, and assess weekly schedules.
