We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with experience in the utilities sector , proficiency in SQL queries, and Agile to work on .NET-based application development projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of mass market utility operations, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis :
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
Work closely with developers to design customized .NET solutions that meet business needs.
Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries to analyze data and support decision-making.
Leverage knowledge of mass market utility operations, including billing, metering, and customer service.
Serve as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Support testing phases by developing test cases, reviewing test results, and ensuring defects are resolved.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5 years as a Business Analyst, preferably in the utilities sector.
Strong understanding of utility processes such as billing, metering, and customer engagement.
