A healthcare client is embarking on a key strategic initiative to implement Workday ERP Supply Chain Management (SCM), Finance (FIN) and Human Capital Management (HCM) modules system wide. We are currently seeking a SCM Techno-Functional Data Transformation Analyst to join our business systems implementation CORE project team.
Candidate experience and related skillsets include strong experience with a Workday SCM SaaS ERP implementation and an understanding of the following SCM areas :
- Procure to Pay, Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, PAR Management, Inventory and Item Master Management, and Receipt to Delivery Management.
This includes in-depth knowledge of data conversion, cleansing and transformation processes.
Responsibilities :
The SCM Techno-functional Data Analyst will be responsible for :
Data Conversion and Transformation :Collaborate with the Data Management team to understand data mapping, conversion strategies, and business rules specific to Finance functionalities.
Develop and execute data transformation scripts using appropriate tools and languages (e.g. Excel, Access, SQL, Python), ensuring adherence to GAAP principles.Utilize advanced Excel skills to create reconciliations and perform validations between legacy system data and the new ERP for mock data conversions and cutover.Cleanse, standardize, and validate data to ensure quality and consistency, maintaining data integrity and regulatory compliance.Identify and resolve data discrepancies and anomalies, liaising with stakeholders to find solutions.Technical and Business Acumen :Translate business requirements into actionable data-related tasks and solutions.
Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Support system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities related to data migration and transformations.Document data transformation, mapping and conversion processes and procedures.Education and Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Experience in data mapping, analysis, transformation, or data quality.Foundational understanding of SCM functions and reporting is essential including Procure to Pay, Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, PAR Management, Inventory Management, Item Master Management, Receipt to Delivery Management.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced skills in formulas, functions, and macros.Experience with data manipulation tools such as Access or SQL is preferred.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.Healthcare experience is required.Premier data extraction experience is a plus.Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Master's degree in a related field is a plus.
