Job Title: Part-Time Commercial Cleaning Supervisor

Location: Loveland, Windsor, and Fort Collins, Colorado

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Schedule: Part-time | Availability required 7 days per week

• Monday: 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM
• Tuesday–Friday: 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM & 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM

We are currently seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Commercial Cleaning Supervisor to lead our evening cleaning teams across Loveland, Windsor, and Fort Collins.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Commercial Cleaning Supervisor, you’ll take the lead on nightly cleaning operations, ensuring tasks are delegated effectively and completed to company standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising evening cleaning crews and assigning daily responsibilities
• Performing quality checks to ensure tasks are completed correctly and efficiently
• Supporting and guiding team members through clear communication and hands-on leadership
• Training new staff to ensure consistency and professionalism
• Managing supplies and reporting needs or concerns to management
• Overseeing cleaning routines including:
• Trash collection, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Restroom and kitchen cleaning/restocking
• Glass and surface cleaning (doors, windows, fixtures)
• Rotational deep-cleaning of stairwells, conference rooms, common areas, rooftop, gym, and more

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous supervisory experience in commercial cleaning (required)
• Strong leadership and time-management skills
• High level of reliability, integrity, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Physically able to lift/carry supplies and perform cleaning tasks
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts
