Requirements:
No previous insurance experience is required. We are looking for enthusiastic and engaged candidates eager to develop their skills and knowledge and understand the role of insurance and financial products in helping people manage everyday risks, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
- Bilingual – Spanish Required
- Property & Casualty License (must be able to obtain)
- Life & Health License (must be able to obtain)
- Sales Experience Preferred
- Successful Track Record for Meeting Sales Goals Preferred
- Excellent Communication Skills – Written, Verbal, and Auditory
- Self-Motivated
- Experience in Marketing
- Ability to Make Presentations to Potential Customers
- Achievements in Mutually Agreed Upon Marketing Goals
Compensation:
$32,000-$60,000 per year
Hours:
Monday-Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
