Our Ideal Candidate:
- Fluent in Spanish (required).
- Sales experience with a proven ability to meet goals (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Marketing experience and a talent for building relationships.
- Commitment to achieving mutually agreed marketing and sales targets.
- Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
