We’re seeking a recruiter who can develop a strong candidate pipeline while collaborating with managers to identify future hiring needs. If you have a background in HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition and excel at assessing candidates, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective recruiting strategies
- Develop and update job descriptions and specifications
- Source and recruit candidates using various platforms, including social media and employee referrals
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using structured and competency-based methods
- Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and aptitude
- Onboard new employees to ensure a smooth transition
- Apply HR best practices in recruiting and hiring
- Provide well-documented recruiting reports to the team
- Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter (either in-house or agency)
- Strong interviewing, screening, and candidate assessment skills
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviews, reference checks, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making abilities
