SUMMARY:
The CUA Admissions and Quality Assurance Director is responsible for oversight of the Admissions and Quality Assurance departments that serve Bethanna’s Community Umbrella Agency regions 8 & 10. The CUA Admissions and Quality Assurance Director works directly with other program directors and staff to monitor compliance and ensure that Practice Guidelines are followed. The CUA Admissions and Quality Assurance Director reports directly to the CUA Operations Director.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social services or related field
- Minimum two years experience in program evaluation and monitoring of children, youth, and family serving system.
- Strong analytical, project management and communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of computer applications.
- Knowledge of social work values and/or child welfare services
- Valid, timely Child Abuse, Criminal History, and FBI clearances that meet all regulatory requirements.
- Good oral and written communications skills in English.
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Ability to learn and effectively operate other software packages as needed and required.
