Job Description
An Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) Mobile Therapist provides individual, caregiver and family therapy, assists with development and revisions of the Individual Resiliency Plan, assists in crisis stabilization, and assists with challenges the child/youth, caregiver and family have encountered.
Educational requirements: Master's Degree in a mental health related field - psychology, sociology, social work, etc.

- Clinical Practicum is required with graduated program
The IBHS Mobile Therapist will:
- Provide individual therapy with the child/youth
- Provide family therapy
- Assess the strengths and therapeutic needs of the child/youth, caregiver and family
- Assist with or develop the Individual Resiliency Plan
- Provide support with crisis stabilization as needed
- Provide assistance with challenges the child has encountered and those identified goals on Resiliency Plan
- Document on-going progress of attaining goals
- Collaborate with other members of the team
- Maintain clinical documentation within Bethanna, MCO and DPW standards
- Attend all mandatory State, County, Managed Care, and Certification trainings required
- If your position requires Licensure and/or Certification, the workforce member must ensure all credentialing and CEUs are completed in order to maintain an active license or certification
