Role Summary:
We are currently seeking Outpatient Child and Family Therapists for both our South Philadelphia and Southampton Bucks County locations. Our therapists provide individual and family therapy, treatment planning, as well as consultation and collaboration with the case management team of children receiving other Bethanna services such as crisis services, foster care, or Community Umbrella Agency services.

Qualifications
Required Experience:
- To be eligible for this position, you must have earned a master's degree from a regionally accredited college or university in a mental health discipline, such as clinical psychology, mental health counseling, clinical social work, or any other clinically related discipline.
- Your degree program must have included a practicum and internship experience in a clinical setting with children and adolescents, and you must have received on-site supervision during this time. Online degrees will only be considered if you have had direct clinical supervision.
Preferred Experience:
- Although not required, it is preferred that you have received training and have proficiency in an Evidence-Based Practice identified by the agency (such as PCIT, TF-CBT, ESFT, etc.). If you are hired, this training will be provided to you.
- Although not required, it is preferred that you have an active clinical license in Pennsylvania as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (with a clinical social work degree), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (with experience treating children/adolescents), or Licensed Psychologist.
- Although not required, it is preferred that you have at least one year of post-Master's verified paid experience providing clinical services to children and adolescents. If you have less than one year of experience, you will receive enhanced clinical supervision.

Furthermore, the team member must be at least 21 years of age, have a physician's statement confirming they are free of communicable diseases before commencing employment, have completed Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI clearances within the past year, and have basic computer skills and knowledge.
