We are seeking a full-time Customer Service and Patient Experience professional LPN who is looking to grow in the field of post-acute care.
This position allows professionals to practice and grow their leadership skills and abilities while overseeing patient / guest experience and employee engagement. It is an entry-level healthcare management position that offers tremendous growth and national networking opportunities. The position is non-clinical; however, your skillset as an LPN will support our patients and their families through your knowledge and experience.
Here’s what we are looking for :
Dedicated professionals who want to grow in healthcare management with an active LPN license
Candidates who are committed to ensuring excellent levels of genuine customer service for residents and patients recovering from a recent hospitalization, surgery, or illness
Applicants who may be interested in enrolling in our national Administrator-in-Training (AIT) program to earn their licensure in nursing home administration (LNHA)
Leaders who are creative, dynamic, and open to creative think-tank sessions to enhance customer service in the field of healthcare.
Candidates who may have an interest in growing their expertise in employee operations
Creatives who will lead employee engagement councils to ensure that all employees have a voice in shaping their work environment
Professionals who are open to working one of the full-time schedules below (we are flexible with days and times)
Sunday - Thursday; 10 AM - 6 PM or 11 AM - 7 PM
Tuesday - Saturday; 10 AM - 6 PM or 11 AM - 7 PM
